Crispy Oven "Fried" Chicken Wings

10-12 chicken wings
1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce or hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper divided
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup mashed potato flakes
2 tablespoons oil
salt

How2:
Preheat oven to 425df.
Clean and cut the wings in 1/2 remove the tips.
once your have cleaned them add 1/2 the black pepper, add salt, and the Buffalo wing sauce. allow that to sit as you prep the breading.
In a bowl combine rest of pepper, some salt, breadcrumbs,potato flakes.mix well.
Place into a paper or ziplock bag.
Add the marinated chicken to the bag in 2 batches to make it easier, toss the chicken to coat.
You may use a wire rack on top of a baking sheet or just the baking sheet lightly oiled. place the coated chicken on it.
Place in oven for about 30-35mins. once you get to about 30min mark you may turn them over to compleatly make them golden and crispy.
remove and serve with your fav dipping sauce or eat as is.
ENJOY!


NOTE:You may add other spices like garlic powder,onion powder,or hot pepper.
