1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoon Salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne(Optional)

How2:
NOTE:The pictures bellow are when I made kufta for a Baby Shower so it shows a larger amount than the recipe.
In a food processor add salt, spices, garlic, onion, parsley(Leave the stems on),r, and tomato.puree them until it forms a sauce.
Pour over the meat and mix well.
Roll them out into equal sized balls.(Bake them at 450DF until golden brown) set them and the juices that came off of them aside.
Peel and cut potatoes into 1/4's fry them up like french fries and set aside.
In a huge pot add tomato paste, water, and the juices from the meatballs.
Mix them well taste to see if you need any salt. bring it to a boil,
Add in the cooked meatballs. allow them to cook on a med-low heat until the sauce is slightly reduced. for about 30-35mins.
Add in the potatoes when you notice the sauce reducing a little. always add them towards the end because they were already cooked while frying. cook them another 15mins to absorb the sauce. Serve it hot!
Enjoy!!
