Charmoula Moroccan Sauce/Marinade

1bunch parsley
1 bunch cilantro
10 cloves garlic
2 small onions
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
salt and pepper to taste
juice of 1 lemon and lime
How2:
In a mixer or blender add all the ingredients except oil.
Turn the mixer on while the ingredients blend slowly pour in the oil until a sauce comes together.
Place in a jar or use directly to marinade anything (meat,chicken,poultry,vegetables)

tip: add a bit of citric acid to the sauce if your storing it in the fridge . I use this for my Tajin Chicken
