Imtabal Laqteen (Pumpkin/Squash"humus')

I cant really call this humus because humus simply means chickpeas. Imtabal is what we call some food mixed with tahini,lemon,garlic to form a dip.

1 1/2 cups mashed squash or pumpkin
1 clove or 2 tiny cloves garlic
1 lime,juiced
1/3 cup tahini sauce
pinch salt

How2: In a bowl crush the garlic with salt.
Add some of the tahini sauce. mix them together you may add the lime or lemon as well.
Add the squash, or pumpkin whichever you choose to use, and mix well add the rest of the tahini a little at a time until its whisked together well. You may taste it as you add the tahini to get the flavor where you like it.
Place on a plate and place in the refrigerator until your ready to eat. once you do want to eat it drizzle some olive oil over the top and enjoy!

Tips: You may add some spices to it like cumin, nutmeg,or cayenne pepper I have tried this but I prefer the taste  of it without.To figure out what flavors you want to add take a few tablespoons out and mix the spice in each spoon and taste it to see what you prefer before duping it into the whole batch.
