Cumin Humus


2 can chick peas
1 1/2 lemons juiced
1/2 -1 cup tahini sauce(depends on the chickpeas)
3 cloves garlic
salt
1/8th cup olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Garnishes:
Olive oil to drizzle
cayenne pepper or paprika as garnish
How2:
In a pot add the 2 cans of chickpeas, place om med-high heat boil for about 10mins this will soften the chickpeas more making it easier to blend.
Once this is done place the hot chickpeas with their liquid into a blender or food processor. (These are all illustrated in my(humus recipe)
Add, garlic, tahini sauce,lemon juice,olive oil, crushed garlic, and salt.
Puree until it comes together and becomes very smooth.  With a spoon taste to see if you need more salt or lemon adjust it to your liking.
Pour into a bowl, add in the cumin, whisk to combine it all. place in a serving plate  Garnish  with a bit of paprika and more cumin to identify it as cumin humus. drizzle with oil before eating.
