Patata Hara (Spiced potato)

5 potatoes
1 head of garlic
1 bunch of fresh cilantro
salt and pepper
oil to fry


how2:
peel and dice the potatoes
crush the garlic.
you may place them in a cold water to prevent them from browning. but you may fry them right away.
In a pan fry up potatoes like you would when making french fries.
while the potatoes cook. in a skillet take some oil from the fries saute the garlic and cilantro
once potatoes are cooked place them on a napkin with paper towel to drain extra oil.
add to the skillet with the garlic and cilantro toss on med-low heat.
serve on huge plate.
