Hearty Vegetable Stew

1 onion, sliced thin.
1/2 med/small cabbage, sliced thin.
1 can cream corn.
1 can diced tomatoes with chilies.
1-2 tomatoes, diced.
2 small potatoes, diced in med-small pieces.
1 green bell pepper,sliced thin.
1 tablespoon chopped garlic.
1teaspoon dry oregano.
1teaspoon dry parsley.
1 teaspoon chili powder.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon amerello powder.
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg.
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves.
2 bay leaves.
5 cups water.
1/4 cup veg or chicken consume.
some olive oil.

In a pot add a bit of olive oil, on med-high heat add onion, cabbage,green peppers.
Saute for 2-5mins until it begins to reduce in size and the cabbage begins to wilt down.
add potatoes, followed by the 5 cups of water.
once you add liquid, add the spices and consume. stir.
lower the heat if it begins to boil to hard.
Add in cream corn,amerello powder, followed by the tomatoes.
bring to a boil then cover. cook on low for about 1 hour. The vegetables will be cooked well, be sure to check the potatoes.
Serve with some croutons or crackers. ENJOY!
