Chai Spiced Apple Chutney

6 apples, diced
1/4 cup cardamom
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cloves
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2/3cup water
2 tablespoon heavy cream(optional)
1 tablespoon flour

How2:
In a saucepan add water, cardamom,cloves,cinnamon. bring to simmer.
once the flavor develops,remove spices. Its ok to leave the cloves and some of the cardamom seeds in.
add in brown and white sugar. simmer on low. Add apples increase heat to med/low heat simmer and cook until slightly tender.
Mix flour with cream, add to apples simmer until slightly thick. add to clean jar. pour sauce over it, cover place in fridge.

Tip: serve with waffles,pancakes,crepes anything!
