3 eggs
2cloves garlic
1medium onion
1bell pepper
3 pieces of celery
1/2cup bread crumbs
2 lbs chicken breast cubed
1/2 chicken bullion cube
1/4 cup water
1tablespoon creamy style cheese or heavy cream
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
black-pepper to taste

how2:
take 2 slices of bread place them on each other,with a rolling pin roll them flat.
take a circular shape cutter cut a med size circle. repeat until bread is done you will have about 12 rounds.
beat the eggs place in bowl, place bread crumbs in another bowl. Place the bread in eggs followed by breadcrumbs.
Fry in some oil until they are golden brown and puff up in center.
allow them to cool and drain on paper towel.
In a skillet add oil, followed by onions garlic and green peppers. saute for 15mins or until soft.
add chicken session with black pepper and the bullion cube.
saute until golden a cooked fully.add in cream. wait for it to slightly cool before adding mayonnaise.
cut the bread in 1/2 to form mini pockets.
add in lettuce, and chicken serve on platter.
