Roasted Round Potatoes

3 potatoes.
1 teaspoon seasoning salt.
1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon oregano.
pinch cayenne pepper.
1/4 teaspoon paprika.
3 tablespoons olive oil or canola oil.
1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth.
1 sheet of wax paper.




How2:
Preheat oven35DF
Peel and cut the potatoes into rounds.
season with the pepper, seasoning salt,paprika, cayenne pepper,and oregano.
add some of the oil mix them so the spices are coated on the potatoes. place rest of oil in baking dish.
Place the potatoes one by one in the pan. add the broth.
take the wax paper run it under cold water while crumbling in your hand. cover to potatoes with it.
Place in oven Bake for about 30-35mins until golden brown.
