- place chicken in pan. sprinkle with spices, oil, and chicken bullion.
- place water in the sides of the pan for extra moisture.
- before covering with wax paper crumble it into a ball under running water. this insures it wont burn.
- cover the pan with the wet wax paper be sure to tuck in the sides to keep the moisture in. bake for 1hour.
- At the end you may remove the wax paper and brown it for an extra 15mins.
