Easy Gravy



  • 2tablespoons flour or corn starch
  • 2cups broth(chicken,beef,or vegetable)
  • 1/4 teaspoon gravy master(Optional)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2tablespoons of fat from the Pan or any other form
  • pinch black pepper and salt as needed.

How2:
This can make any type of gravy just use different broths.
You may cook it in two different methods I will explains both.

In a bowl add broth,fat,salt or pepper, the gravy master(this gives it a darker color).
mix cold water with flour add that to the broth mixture.
mix together.


MICROWAVE:Place in Microwave safe bowl cover and cook for about 3-4mins until it thickens and comes together to form a sauce.
STOVE TOP:Place the mixture into a sauce plan, cook on med-low heat until it thickens
