Orange Cake Glaze

The following is a orange glaze but you can add other flavors I will give you alternatives to this on the bottom of the recipe.

1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon fresh orange zest
3-4 tablespoons orange juice

How2:
In a bowl add, powdered sugar and orange zest
add the orange juice a little at a time while string.
stir completely untill sugar devolves and the glaze forms. Use immediately by spooning over the cake

To make Other flavors:
Vanilla: add vanilla bean and milk or alcohol free liquid vanilla in place of juice
Chocolate iceing: add 1 teaspoon coco powder and use milk instead of juice
Lemon : add lemon zest and lemon juice
Grapefruit: add grapefruit juice the zest is bitter
Mango: add mango juice
strawberry:add strawberry juice
