1/2 cup Oil
1tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup Mashed ripe bananas(About3-4)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Topping:
3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons oil or butter
1teaspoon cinnamon
How2:
Preheat oven to 350DF
1) combine all dry ingreidents in a bowl(flour,baking soda,baking powder,spices,salt,) Mix well to combine everything you may sift it .
2) In another bowl combine eggs,sugar,maple syrup,bananas and oil then mix it well.
3) Add the wet ingreidents to the dry ingridents mix well then place in a greases baking dish or loaf pans.
4) Combine the topping ingridents (flour,brown sugar,oil cinnamon) with a fork untill it ressembles crumbled dough.
5) place the crumb mixture over the cake.
6) then place cake in oven for 40-50 mins or untill a toothpick come sout clean. wait for it to cool compleatly.

I like serving this the day after it gives time for cake. here is the size loaf pan i used Length: 10 "Width: 5 "Height: 3 "
