1/4 cup flour
1 cup beef broth ( if you dont have beef you may use chicken)
1 teaspoon ground ginger
4 cloves diced garlic
1/4 soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon black pepper
1tablespoon oil
2 heads or broccoli or 1 bag frozen broccoli thats been thawed and drained
HOW2:
in a bowl combine 1/2 the sugar with 1/2 of soy sauce, garlic ,ginger and black pepper.
place meat over the soy sauce mixture add the four and vinegar mix well. marinade the beef up to 1 hour if you dont have time you can work with it right away.
In a skillet or huge pot heat up the oil on high heat until the pan is super hot. once heated well add in the beef the heat will allow the beef to brown well. saute like you would for a stir fry until meat is browned a bit. reduce to medium heat to prevent burning add broth, remaining sugar and soy sauce. stir for a bit then add in the broccoli the sauce may begin to thicken so you may reduce the heat more . if you are using frozen broccoli it wont take as much time because its precooked. if your using fresh you would have to blanch it before adding it to the beef. continue to saute until you find the sauce has reduced and thicken. if you desire a thicker sauce you may add more flour to the broth. ENJOY! serve with rice
