Grilled flat bread

1 cup warm water   
1/4 cup Toasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup Black seed
1 egg beaten
1/4 cup sugar
2 & 3/4 teaspoons yeast
3 tablespoons milk
4 cups flour (NOTE: not all is used to make dough)
2 teaspoons salt
few tablespoons oil just to brush on dough before grilling.

How2:
In a bowl add water,and yeast let stand for 10-15Min's. add sugar,eggs,milk and salt. add enough flour not all 4 cups enough to form a soft dough. mix in black seed and sesame seeds then set aside to rest for 1 hour until it rests and doubles in size set aside rest of flour for rolling dough.
once its risen form balls and dust them with flour 2 prevent from sticking let stand 30Min's until its rest and rises again. preheat the grill. roll each dough out brush with a little of oil  place on hot grill until it puffs up and its easy to lift off , flip over cook until its golden .  place in aluminm foil or between towel to keep it warm as you cook the rest.
