2 slices bread crumbles
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper
pinch salt
1 teaspoon mixed Italian herbs
2 tablespoons ketchup
1/4 cup egg substitute
HOW2:
In a bowl crumble the veg burgers until they look like ground beef.
add seasonings, BBQ sauce,and bread crumbs, mix up well.
then add the egg substitute mix up again, once its combined well you may add it to the pan and shape it like a oval or you can do individual ones in a muffin pan, or place in a loaf pan. be sure to add some oil to prevent sticking. Bake at 350 DF for 40-45 Min's until its firm on the out side.once its cooked remove it from the oven top with ketchup and place under broiler for 4 Min's until the ketchup becomes sticky. you may also use BBQ sauce if your not a fan of Ketchup.
Serve with any side! Enjoy!
TIPS: use any type of veg burger you like you may also add more vegetables like mushrooms, peppers,onions just cook them up before adding to the mixture so that the vegetables don't taste raw.
