
8 0z cream cheese
3 tablespoons diced pickled jalapenos
1 tablespoon of the jalapeno juices
10 flour tortillas
2 tablespoons canola oil
HOW2:
1.add the cream cheese with,jalapenos.
2. mix well.
3. take one tortilla you may need to slightly warm them so its easier to fold. place about 1 tablespoon of cream cheese filling.
4. fold corners.
5. roll over and seal with a bit of cream cheese to keep it closed.
6. place 1 tablespoon of oil in bottom of pan and line up the rolls together fold side down. brush with the rest of oil.
7. Bake at 350 for 15 Min's then place on broil to finish them off.
Another good thing to do, which avoids all the fat from the oil, is to thinly spread the cream cheese mixture on the entire surface of the tortilla, then roll it, and slice it thin to create "pinwheels." They're smaller like appetizers really, but healthier because of no oil.
ReplyDeletei agree i was actualy gona do that at first lol but i was cooking them for my mom because she has been so crazy about the ones from 711. the picture makes them seem large but they were small i got the smaller tortillas plus i like to compare the clories on them lol i saw ones that were only 80KCals/ tortilla and that was for huge ones.
