
2 cups rice
4 cups water
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
pinch of black pepper and cinnamon
1/2 onion diced
1 teaspoon oil
1 lb ground beef
How2:
in a pan add onions on low heat saute it for a few Min's then add ground beef increase the heat to medium. Add cinnamon,black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. sautee until beef is browned and some of its juices remain if its to greasy depending on the fat content of your ground beef. Add the water and 2 teaspoons of salt add rice bring to a boil. Once it boils lower heat to low and cover it. cook for 20Min's until rice liquids are dry and the rice cooked. fluff with a fork.
Serve with fried almonds,roasted chicken or as is. ENJOY!
