Double Chocolate Layer Cake

Cake:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs 1 1/2 cups oil
1cup milk

 Filling:
1 small tub cool whip
1 pack chocolate instant pudding
1/2 cup milk
1 tub of chocolate frosting
almonds or anything else for decoration

HOW2:
Cake:
Preheat oven 350DF.
in a bowl sift dry ingredients (flour coco powder,baking soda,baking powder)
then add wet ingredients. mix well. places in a 2 round 8in pan, bake for 30-35mins allow to cool.
Filling:
For mouse mix milk with pudding mic and fold into cool whip.


to assemble: cool cakes down,cut each cake in 1/2 with a large knife or use a long piece of thread

1. place first layer with some of the mouse filling
2. place one of the cake 1/2 on top, press down lightly to hold in place
3. place more mousse topping.
4. repeat steps till 4 layers form do not add mouse on top. press lightly.
5. start adding icing to cake until completely covered. try to smooth it out.
6. add nuts or any other things allow to set.
