
1 onion diced
2 tablespoons oil or butter
1 quart tomato juice
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
fresh basil (optional)
salt and pepper
HOW2:
In a pot on med heat saute onions with oil until translucent not golden. add four and saute until all liquid if absorbed .take off the heat,Slowly add tomato juice mixing until all lumps are gone. return to stove top add salt and pepper. bring to a light boil cover and cook for 15 Min's on low. before serving remove from heat add cream let it sit for 5 Min's then serve.
