Spiced Date Truffles


2 1/2 cups mashed dates ( you can find them already mashed at Arabic stores.)

1/2 cup sweet and condensed milk

2 teaspoons ground cardamom

1 cup finely chopped nuts ,coconut or sesame seeds for coating

1/4 cup oil set aside for hands to prevent sticking

mini cupcake wrappers


HOW2:

In a small sauce pan heat up the sweet and condensed milk until warm.

in a bowl add dates and warm condensed milk combine well until it forms a pasty looking date mixture add cardamom.
to form balls oil your hands to prevent sticking and form balls like you would with dough and roll in any topping of choice. serve with cardamom tea.
