
1 cup rice
4 tablespoons diced onion
4 tablespoons diced onion
2 tablespoon oil
1 bay leaf
2 cloves
1 teaspoon turmeric or saffron
2 cups of water or chicken stock
1 teaspoon salt
How2:
In a pot on low heat add oil and saute the onions until soft but not golden. Add bay leaf,cloves,turmeric. Add the water and salt cover the pot bring it up to a boil the water/stock will be come fragrant. once it boils add rice lower hear down to low,cover and cook for 15-20Min's until rice is fluffy. turn heat off leave covered on stove for 15 Min's to allow moisture to redistribute.
