Guacamole


2 ripe avocados
1/2 red onion
1 jalapenos (optional this is for heat)
2 tablespoons cilantro leaves, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 ripe tomato

1/2 the avocado, remove seed and scoop out into a bowl.add lemon juice to prevent oxidation(browning).

in a food processor or blender add red onion and jalapenos,grind till minced pour over avocados.

remove seeds from tomato and dice add to bowl, with salt and cilantro. combine and refrigerate until needed.
