Lemon pepper Chicken Fajita Salad



1 whole small sized chicken breast.
1 tablespoon fajita seasoning.
½ teaspoon coarse black pepper.
1 lemon juiced.
1 tablespoon of lemon zest.
1 romaine lettuce chopped.
1 lime juiced.
Salt to taste.
3 table spoons olive oil.

How 2:


In a bowl combine lemon juice , the zest, black pepper, salt, and fajita seasoning. cut chicken into cubes or leave as fillets. Add chicken to the bowl and set aside to allow the flavors to marinade.
In skillet on high heat add olive oil once pan is heated add the chicken allowing it to sear on each side for about 5mins/side depending on the thickness. After the chicken is seared lower the heat to about medium low and cover to allow the chicken to finish cooking for about 15 more mins.
Once chicken is done in a larger bowl toss the lettuce with lime juice to coat the leaves, place on serving plate and top with the chicken. lastly Enjoy!!.
