The following recipe makes one serving you can just increase depending on the number of people.
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons sugar ( adjust to your likeing)
1 tablespoon tea or 1 tea bag ( alwaza is the one i perfer)
spices: 2 cardamom pods, 2 cloves, small piece of cinimon.
In a pot boil water with spices for about 3 mins.
add tea and sugar. alow 2 simmer for 1 min.after add the milk and allow 2 simmer for a few more mins.
strain into a glass Enjoy!
NOTE: For chai masala add 1/8th teaspoon ginger, and pinch fresh cracked black pepper!
