Kufta with a twist

A creative spin on your typical kufta recipe’s normally bake it with tomato slices and potatoes in a tomato sauce here is a lil twist on that recipe!

Ingredients
3 lbs
ground beef or lamb or turkey
2 large onion
3/4-1 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
4 garlic cloves
seasoning salt or salt
cinnamon
black pepper
3 bell peppers (green,red,yellow)
2 tomatoes cut into 1/4s
1 teaspoon tomato paste
¼ cup water.


In a food processor combine meat, 1 of the onions, parsley, garlic seasoning pulse until combined well but not to fine.
In a glass baking wear add the 2nd onion and bell peppers sliced and tomato 1/4s
Take a ball of the seasoned kufta  form into a oval shape place in pan repeated until mixture is finished. Mix tomato paste with water place on top of the kufta and vegetables. Cover and bake at 350 f until meat is done and vegetables are cooked.
