Anise Biscotti (Kak bil Yonsoon)



½ cup veg oil
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
few drops  of anise oil
3 ¼ cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 table spoons anise seeds

Preheat oven to 375 F grease cookie sheet .
In a small bowl combine   flour,baking powder,and anise seeds. In another bowl  beat the  oil,sugar,eggs add anise oil.  Mix the dry and wet ingredients to form a dough .
You may make this big by just shaping the whole dough ball into a log or divide it into two logs for smaller biscotti as you can see in the images Bellow. bake for 25-30 mins
Once it feels slightly hard but not gummy remove from oven slice and pull slice down bake again until golden and centers are done
Cool and eat with tea
Tip: they taste better the day after the anise flavor is enhanced once cooled completely.
