Creamy Chicken Soup

1/2 cup chopped cooked breast of chicken
2 teaspoon crushed garlic
2 tbspn butter, melted
1 tbspn white flour
1 cube vegetable stock or chicken
2 cup hot water
3 tbspn cream
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
How 2:
1. Fry garlic and mushrroms in butter, add vegetable cube and chicken. Mix well.
2. Add flour to the chicken, mix well, add water, season with salt and white pepper, cook over low heat until thick. add carrots.
3. Finally add cream, mix and cook for 3 minutes before serving


TIP: you can add some mixed vegtables. you can pair it up with the cheese pastry!
