Two small pie pumpkins
1 tablespoon each
Ground cumin
Garlic and Onion powder
Paprika
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
In a large bowl place cut up pumpkin into a large bowl. add seasonings and olive oil toss to coat.
place on a baking sheet and roast at 375 until its cooked though.the time varies based on how large you cut the pieces.
serve as a great side.
NOTE:be sure to use pie pumpkins larger ones can lead to some toxicities when eaten in larger quantities.
