1 red onion sliced
2 cups cooked chicken cut or shredded
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon mixed Arabic spice
1 tablespoon sumac
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chicken stock
How 2:
In a skillet cook onions until soft and translucent.
Add cooked chicken and spices.
Add stock to soften mixture cook until its well combined and it has reduced the stock.
Take about 4 tortillas cut them in half. ( I used a low carb wrap)
Add filling to one corner and roll continue until all the chicken is mixture is gone.
I brushed mines with any remaining oil in the pan and placed them onto a baking sheet at 350 to brown and crisp up the bread.
