Chipolte BBQ Ribs


THIS RECIPE IS FOR ONE RACK OF RIBS.
 1 rack of  ribs
spice rub:
1tablespoon garlic powder
1tablespoon onion powder
1teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon chipote power
1/4 teaspoon red chili flake
2 Tabespoon of low sugar bbq sauce

How2:
season the ribs on both sides with the dry rub allow it to marinade over night.
once your ready to cook preheat oven to 200df
rub with cider vinegar.
place in roasting pan bake for 1 1/2 hours covered.
once you reach 1 1/2 hours  remove foil, brush each side with 1tbs of bbq sauce.
cook until golden brown and the meat is tender.

serve up with any sides my husband loves this with corn on the cob or mashed potatoes.
