2 cups of nutella spread
1 1/4 cup flour
1/8th cup chopped walnuts and almonds
1/8th teaspoon instant coffee
Topping:
about 4 tablespoons of nutella
chopped nuts for the top
How2:
place nutella ,nuts into a bowl
mix in eggs followed by the flour this works out best when you have a cake mixer.
pour batter into a baking dish or 2 small 8in cake pans
bake at 350DF for approximately 30mins I like to cook them a bit less so that they are not so dry. they should form a little bit of crust on the top.
remove from oven you may spread or drizzle nutella on the top, top with chopped nuts.

Note:You may divide this recipe into a smaller batch, the basic recipe can also be made with just the eggs,flour and nutella and you can just add the different flavors you like. I hope you enjoy this recipe.
