This is a simple Lebanese farmers egg dish made with what they have on hand to it later became traditional to those regions. This is very simple yet flavorful dish, great for suhoor or breakfast.
6 eggs
6 cloves garlic, sliced
olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
salt to your liking.
How2:
In a bowl break the eggs and whisk to incorporate them together.
In a skillet add bit of oil followed by the chopped garlic saute be sure not to burn the garlic you just want to soften it slightly remove the harsh raw taste many may not like.
Place eggs into skillet stir on a low flame to prevent scorching the eggs.
add pinch salt, continue to saute until cooked. lastly sprinkle cumin powder over the eggs.
If you haven't added cumin you may sprinkle it on finished eggs. serve with pita bread and side of fresh vegetables and tea. ENJOY!
