Labneh(Kefir Cheese) Zatar Balls اللبنة مع الزعتر

1 container Labneh/Kefir Cheese
1 1/2  cups zatar
1 tablespoon sumac
Olive oil

How2:
Mix zatar with sumac. set aside.
Apply a bit of olive oil to your fingers take about a 2 tablespoons of labneh from the container and form a ball with your hands if you have trouble form a small balls then place into the zatar.
roll it around and a ball shape will form
Repeat until labneh is done.
Serve up in a plate as a small side dish for breakfast or brunch. with cucumbers,olive oil pita bread.
Tip: If you can try this with homemade labneh its much firmer not as creamy as store bought which makes for the perfect shape and consistency.
