Tangy Pomegranate Dressing

1 lemon, juiced
1-2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 small cloves garlic,Crushed
1/8th cup extra virgin olive oil

How2:
In a bowl mash garlic with salt.
Add lemon juice. mix together so the garlic is infused in the lemon juice.
Add olive oil followed by pomegranate molasses.
Whisk together to form dressing. You may also use blender or dressing mixer to emulsify it better.
Pour over your fav salad combo. it goes great with fresh mint as well. This dressing is used allot in Lebanese salads. with or without lettuce.
