Strawberry & Cream Cheese Mini Rounds


1 (10 pack) biscuit dough
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon orange juice
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1 tablespoon strawberry preserves ( you can use any flavor)

In a bowl mix cream cheese with the preserves.
To form them, take one biscuit dough with rolling pin or your fingers roll it out a bit make it bigger be sure not to make it to thin.
Place about 1/4 teaspoon or more depending on size of biscuits in the center.
Fold in edges and pinch hard to form a ball shape.
Place in a lightly greased pan.
repeat until you have made 10.
brush each ball with orange juice, if you don't have any you may use milk.
Sprinkle lightly with sugar.
Bake at 400DF for about 10mins and until they are golden.

NOTE: these are not as sweet you may think. You can use any preserve you like to change up the flavors, I happen to use  strawberry because I was making them for my sister who loves cream cheese and strawberries. You may also use flavored cream cheese but I like the contrast of the preserves and the cheese.
