Balsamic Chicken Kababs

2 lbs chicken breast or boneless thigh meat (cubed)
Marinade
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 onion diced
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt/pepper
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
1/4 cup water or stock

How2:
Add all the marinade items into a bowl.
Pour over cut chicken.
Marinade for 12-24 hours.
Once your ready to cook you may grill them or bake them in a oven at 450DF until golden brown.

Note: be careful when buying Balsamic vinegar some companies try and dilute it with Alcohol so read the lable before you buy a bottle.
