Baked Chicken Cacciatore

2 pounds chicken breast
1 small onion sliced
1/2 green pepper diced
1/4 pound mushrooms or 1 small can sliced mushrooms
2 cloves chopped or crushed garlic
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8th teaspoon red chili flake (Optional)
salt
1 cup pasta sauce
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon mixed Italian spice
1 teaspoon olive oil

How2:
Preheat oven to 350-400DF you can also bake this in a toaster oven.
In a oven safe baking dish add sliced onions,bell peppers,garlic,and mushrooms.
Add the broth,some of the black pepper,salt and Italian spices.
Cut the chicken into smaller chunks. Session with some black pepper,salt and the red pepper flakes.
To the baking dish add the tomato sauce, 1 teaspoon olive oil, tomato paste mix well.
Add the chicken, mix to be sure its Incorporated into the sauce.
Cover with foil and bake for about 35 mins until the chicken is cooked and the sauce slightly thickens you may remove foil and allow the chicken to brown a bit.
Serve with pasta, or white rice, or just the way it is.
