1/2 onion diced small
1 cup peas/carrots
5 sliced mushrooms or little can mushrooms
2 1/2 tablespoons flour
2tablespoons oil
1/2 cup pasta
4 1/2 cups water
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 bullion cubes (Chicken or veg)
1/2 teaspoon dry parsley
HOW2:
In a pot add oil on med-low heat saute onions mushrooms.(Don't mind the picture I got some peas in by accident)
Once onions are transparent add peas and carrots.
Add water, bullion cubes, black pepper,dry parsley, Cajun spices.
In a bowl take some of the broth mixture dissolved the flour. pour back into the pot. mix well.
Increase the heat slight to a boil add the pasta,let boil for 3mins then reduce heat cover and cook until pasta is done and the soup is sightly thick.
Pour into serving dish ENJOY!
