Lebanese Style Marinade

2 tablespoons paprika
1/4 teaspoon fresh black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
4 cloves garlic crushed
1/4 cup yogurt
1 lemon,Juiced
1/2 teaspoon Amarillo power or saffron color powder

How 2:
In a bowl crush garlic, mix spices in with lemon juice.
Add yogurt
Mix well with a fork or whisk.
Marinade any protein you wish.
I have not added salt to this recipe its best to add salt before cooking. When you marinade with salt it draws out the moisture of the food.
