Layered Custard

4 cups milk
1 tin sweet and condensed milk
1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
3/4 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla
2-3 tablespoons coco powder
1 pack of tea biscuits.
garnish: chocolate chips or sprinkles.

How2:
In a sauce pan add milk with condensed milk. bring to a boil.
In a bowl mix  corn starch with the eggs. tempter them by adding a little milk at a time while whisking. so it does not curdle this helps the eggs come up to temperature. add to the milk whisk fast on low so that the eggs  dissolve.add sugar. cook until it thickens on low heat be sure to constantly stir.
Once it thickens well divide the custard. to one batch add vanilla. pour the vanilla custard into a glass dish like pyrex.
layer with the cookies
To the rest of the custard mix in coco powder to make the chocolate layer. pour over the cookies. Allow it to cool over night so it can set more. top with chocolate sprinkles or anything you want.
