Muminahs Family Stuffing

This is how my family has been making stuffing for as long back as I can even remember! I hope you can enjoy this recipe as much as we do.

2 loafs of white bread
1 onion
5 stocks celery
Pinch of salt and black pepper
1 cup chicken broth
3 eggs
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning

How2:
heat up the stock add 1 of the teaspoons of poultry seasoning.
You can mix this in the same pan you are cooking it for a one pan dish.
Cut up or break up the bread into smaller chunks.
to this add the stock.
After adding the stock beat 3 eggs add them in followed by diced celery and pureed onions.
Season with a bit of salt,pepper and the remaining poultry spice.
Mix well. if your mixing in a bowl pour into baking dish.
Bake at 350DF for about 20-25mins.
