(10.5 ounce) can of mushroom gravy
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 onion
2 cloves garlic
How2:
In a bowl or container add the meat.
To the meat add the spices, and bread crumbs
In a food processor puree the onion, and garlic. once they are chopped and pureed add the egg to beat it.
Pour over it over the meat.
Mix well.
Once its mixed you may divide them into 6 pieces or you may make them smaller or bigger.
Take each and form a patty like a burger.
place them in a pan cover with foil.
bake at 350df for about 30mins.
once you have baked it for 30mins remove top foil and remove any chunks of sum that may have come off the beef. and pour the can of of the mushroom gravy.
place back in the oven for about 15-20mins until the meat is tender and the gravy thickens.
serve with any side dish! ENJOY!
TIP: yo may also cook this in a skillet, by browning the patties and covering them in gravy, cover pot cook on low until cooked fully.
