6 cloves garlic1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons green hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon steak seasoning
Pinch black pepper
Pinch of salt( to crush garlic)
1tablespoon oil
1/4 cup beef broth.
How2:
In a bowl crush garlic with salt, add black pepper, green hot sauce, and the steak seasoning.
add the vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
Rub the mixture over the steak, allow it to marinade for 15-20 mins no longer because of the vinegar.
When you ready to cook, add oil on high heat.
Place the steaks in the pan, if they are thin as mines they should take 4-5mins on each side. reduce heat to med/high to prevent it from burning.
once its browned on both sides, just before it finishes cooking add the broth to the pan to form a light sauce. simmer for 3mins or until the pan is deg-lazed and a light sauce is formed.
Serve as is or with a side or rice, vegetable, or as you wish.
ENJOY!
Note: Cooking time depends on thickness of the steaks.
