Creamy Mashed Potatoes

7 potatoes
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons cream
pinch salt/pepper
water to boil



How2:
Peel the potatoes, boil them in water for about 20mins until soft but not super soft.
 I had forgot to take a picture of me peeling and boiling the potatoes so the image bellow shows right before I began to mash them.
Once they are ready strain from the liquid at this point you may begin to mash the potatoes, You may use a fork, a masher or a food processor.
Once they are mashed , season with salt,pepper, add the butter and cream.
Mix until it all comes together and the butter is melted, try not to over work the potatoes.
Serve  it as is or with additional  components
