Cream Filled Lady Fingers

1 pack of filo dough
oil spray or melted butter
 1 can nestle thick cream
muhalabiya recipe
atir syrup recipe

how2:

prepare muhalabiya recipe, once made mix in the can of thick cream. set aside in the fridge.
to make the pastry take 2 sheets of filo dough cut in half, and close to the bottom cut horizontal to form a smaller rectangle.

to assemble place the smaller 2 rectangle sheets across the larger rectangle like a cross.
place a spoon full of the cream mixture.
fold edges,add some oil or butter to the larger end, then roll up the dough.
place in baking dish. repeat until all of the dough is finished. brush with more butter or oil if needed.
bake at 350df until golden brown. remove from oven, allow it to cool for 15mins while its still warm top them with the syrup wait for them to absorb the syrup before serving.
