2 slices bread
1 egg or 1/4 cup egg substitute
1/2 teaspoon salt& black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
you may add herbs and other
spices I made a basic patties.

In a food processor grade the carrots into small chunks.place them in a bowl
add bread to the processor and grade until it crumbles. place on top of the carrots.
add spices or any other herbs you wish. followed by the eggs.
mix well.
preheat the skillet to med-high once oil crackles lower the heat down.
take some mixture form it into a ball, then press it like a burger patty.
repeat until all patties are formed this makes 4 small or 2 large patties. In the pictures bellow I demonstrated 2 small and 1 large patties.
Cook about 10-15 Min's on low to med heat cook until one side is golden brown.
when its brown and it feels like the patties wont break apart you can now flip to the other side cook an additional 10-15mins the patties will begin to firm up.
remove from the pan when both sides are browned and the patties are a bit firm and wont fall apart.
this can be served with salad, tahini sauce, salsa, as a burger, what ever you desire.
I served mines with a bit of tomatoes sprinkled with salt and cumin.
