1 cup water
3-4 tablespoons grated ginger
1 bottle of lemon or regular carbonated water
ice cubes
How2:
In a small sauce pot add water ,sugar,and ginger on med heat allow the sugar to desolve.
once it simmers, reduce heat let it cook on low for 15 mins or until the ginger flavor is prominent.
Allow the syrup to cool before working with it.
Place some ice cubes into a cup, pour in about 1/4 cup of the syrup then fill the rest of the cup with the carbonated water.
You may add as much or as less syrup as you desire.
place the rest of the syrup in a jar and place in the refrigerator.

NOTE: If you cant find fresh ginger they sell this dried ginger flakes at the Asian market called Ginger drink this works well also plus it lasts longer.
