5 potatoes

2 cups fancy shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/4 cups milk
cooking spray
How 2:
1.cut potatoes into thin rounds clean them off to remove some of the starch.remove from water and add some salt to the potatoes.
2.mix the cheddar soup with milk and black pepper
3. Spray the pan to prevent sticking then Begin to layer some potatoes on the bottom of a pan.
4. Add a layer of the soup milk mix and some shredded cheese.
5. add another layer of the potatoes.
REPEAT STEPS 4 AND 5 UNTIL ITS COMPLETED
6. add a bit of cheese on top not all the rest will be added at the end. Cover well and Bake at 350DF for 40-60mins.
once it is cooked and the potatoes feel tender remove the foil to allow the sauce to thicken a bit more. add remaining cheese on top remove when its golden brown. Allow it to rest before serving.
TIPS: use low fat and reduced fat milk it works out well and still tastes amazing with less calories. If you are not using fancy shredded you may have to use less cheese in this recipe because fancy shredded is smaller in size so it takes more.
